Style of Yoga
We offer classical Hatha Yoga and Meditation classes and courses, from beginners to advanced.
No booking is required, work at your own pace in all of our achievable classes.
Other sessions available, in Auckland address is stated on time table below accordingly. All Yoga classes include a component of Asana, Pranayama and mindfulness. Leaving the complete personality harmonised and balanced. Promoting calm and ease. All of our sessions are unique and vary in nature.
YOGASANA • postures for a balanced healthy body,
PRANAYAMA • breath work for a clear, balanced mind.
YOGA NIDRA • deep relaxation for the whole self.
If you can breathe you can practise this style of yoga!
WHAT TO BRING • An open mind, yoga mat, blanket, and a smile. Some loan mats & blankes are available, however we encourage you to bring your own for hygienic reasons.
CLASS VENUE • PLEASE CHECK THE VENUE BEFORE YOU SET OFF – see individual class details below.
NEW STUDENTS • Please arrive early at your first class to register and inform the teacher of any existing injuries or medical conditions.
PREGNANT STUDENTS • Please contact the teacher before coming to class so we can agree the most suitable class for you and your baby.
PAYMENT • Please pay by cash or cheque at the start of the class (no EFTPOS)
DROP IN • $18, unwaged $12, under 16 years FREE.
FIVE CLASS CARD • $75 Valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
TEN CLASS CARD • $150 Valid for 3 months from date of purchase. You may share this card with a friend or family member, maximum two clips per class.
TERMS & CONDITIONS • Class cards are non-refundable once purchased. Course fees are non-refundable; if you are unable to attend due to sickness you may defer to the next course.
